We’re looking for an experienced Level 2 Technician to join our close-knit team and help support our expanding client base. If you enjoy solving real-world IT problems, working directly with clients, and being part of a supportive and professional team — this role is for you. About the Role As a Level 2 Support Technician, you’ll provide advanced technical support across our managed clients, both remotely and on-site. You’ll work closely with our senior engineers and service desk team to deliver high-quality outcomes and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Fremantle, with some client site visits across the Perth metro area. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support for business clients Manage and support UniFi / Ubiquiti environments Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Exchange Configure and manage Microsoft Intune Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies Implement Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) policies Perform Microsoft 365 Exchange migrations Troubleshoot network, server, and endpoint issues Document systems, changes, and procedures Work collaboratively with the wider Bentech team About You You’ll be a confident and reliable technician who enjoys working with clients and takes pride in doing things properly.
