ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes in line with company standards. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with food preparation across all sections (grill, pans, fryer, larder) Following recipes accurately and maintaining portion control Ensuring food presentation meets venue standards Supporting stock rotation and correct food storage procedures Assisting with deliveries and checking stock quality Maintaining a clean, organised workstation Upholding HACCP, food safety and workplace health & safety standards Working collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams during service ABOUT YOURSELF Relevant cookery qualification (or currently undertaking studies) Previous kitchen experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and available for flexible shifts WHAT WE OFFER Stable casual hours (25–30 hours per week) Supportive leadership and structured guidance Opportunity to grow within TenGolf Group Staff benefits across group venues A professional kitchen environment focused on standards and teamwork If you are passionate about food and ready to develop your culinary career, we would love to hear from you.
