Task & responsibilities Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes. Assist with training and guiding junior kitchen staff. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with food safety standards. Support smooth kitchen operations during service periods. You will be required to have: Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of food presentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
