We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. Bouw Fabriek Management is a sister company to work.shop.dine design studio a Fremantle-based retail and commercial design company who also works on development project management consultancy working across shopping centres, mixed-use developments, and tenant fit-outs. We collaborate closely with landlords, tenants, designers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated projects. You will work closely with: Retail tenants and landlords Architects, designers, and consultants Builders and construction teams Internal project managers Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Managers in the delivery of a diverse and large retail development portfolio across Western Australia Provide strong administrative support across multiple retail development and tenancy projects Act as a key point of contact for retail tenants, designers, and consultants, assisting with day-to-day coordination Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and to tight deadlines Track project documentation, approvals, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate design information and documentation between tenants, consultants, and project managers Attend site visits and inspections, prepare site reports, and issue updates to tenants and stakeholders Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking, and follow-ups Support cost tracking, variation registers, and general project controls as required Lead smaller retail or tenancy projects independently, with guidance and support from the Project Managers About You You are motivated, organised, and enjoy tackling new challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the complexity of retail and commercial projects.
