What You’ll Be Doing Clean, prepare and spray paint new and used machines for delivery or demonstration Detail equipment to a high standard Assemble machines after painting; assist pre‑paint assembly when required Ensure all machines present professionally and exceed customer expectations Maintain tools, equipment and paint shop areas in clean, safe working order Complete records legibly and submit daily to your supervisor Support general workshop duties and machine preparation when directed Carry out branch maintenance, spray booth cleaning and prep‑area housekeeping What You Bring Proven experience in a similar spray‑painting environment Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finishes Good communication skills (written & verbal) Commitment to safety at all times A down-to-earth, friendly approach and a team‑oriented attitude Ability to work well under pressure and meet physical requirements of the role Current Australian motor vehicle licence Auto spray‑painting trade qualification (advantageous, not essential) Able to attend and pass a pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening What’s in it for you?
