About the Role: This hands-on role involves painting, repairing, and modifying containers to meet quality standards and support efficient yard operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Paint, repair, and modify containers to meet company standards and deadlines Use cost-effective methods to achieve productivity targets Report damage or delays to your supervisor Work as part of a team and help train new staff Support repair and forklift operations when needed Maintain tools and keep the yard clean and organized Follow safety rules and complete required training Skills and Experience: Paint Trade Qualification with at least 3 years' experience in metal trade painting Experience in container repair, maintenance, and modification Ability to work safely and follow WHS guidelines LF Forklift Licence (desirable) Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills About WorkPac WorkPac is Australia’s largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
