The Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre (GALC) features a range of facilities for competitive swimming, leisure, general community use and major regional events, including an eight-lane 25-metre indoor swimming pool, program pool, warm water pool, splash pad and gymnasium. YOUR ROLE Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for ensuring safe, efficient, and enjoyable aquatic experiences? We are seeking an Aquatic Operations Supervisor to oversee our pool operations, lead a team of dedicated lifeguards, and maintain our facility to the highest standards. In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and develop our pool operations staff, implement training programs, ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. You will also manage equipment, facilities, and operational processes, while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
