The Opportunity: Ensure the effective coordination and control of Engineering Works for a designated Project through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control based on ACCIONA standards. The Senior Project Engineer is responsible in assisting the Construction Manager to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule, within budget and to the specified quality. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the project is delivered to cost & time with resources needed leading to a high level of client satisfactionIdentify and assess risk to the project as well as the implementation of strategies to mitigate riskUse your technical skills to resolve design challenges and identify value engineering opportunitiesCost and forecast control to assist the project managers with strategic planningLead, develop and manage large project teams on the groundBuild effective and & collaborative relationships to coordinate activities with supervisorsMaintaining quality, environmental, and safety systems across the projectProvides positive leadership to subcontractors monitor and control their performance to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed both on and off site is in accordance with the specifications and relevant proceduresManages construction budgets to allow accurately profit / loss forecasting and monitors the financial performance for certain aspects of the projectRequired Skills and Competencies Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar8 years' experience in a project/delivery-based roleExperience leading high performing teamsDemonstrated strong forecasting and budgeting experienceCompetent in planning and organising work schedules Desired Skills and Experience SPE 8 years experiene across major project | Civil Engineer | Strong Leadership
