Blind & Shutter Installer – Supply & Install | Gold Coast (and throughout SEQ) Full-Time Employee or Contractor Considered We're a wholesale window furnishings business with a tight, quality-focused operation - and we're looking for a reliable, skilled installer to become our go-to person on the tools. What you'll be doing The bulk of the work is Slidetrack outdoor blinds and Plantation Shutters, with occasional Louvre and Roller Shutter installs. Appointments are organised on your behalf, and scheduling is done collaboratively - we're not the type to throw a run sheet at you and wish you luck. You'll be set up properly. When install work is quieter, we'd expect you to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up around the factory - general handyman tasks, maintenance, assembly and the like. There's always something useful to do, although majority of days are busy on the road. What we're offering A company ute and all tools provided — turn up ready to work, not to spend your own money (although open to negotiation on using your own vehicle and tools) Consistent, well-organised work through an established wholesale business A collaborative team that treats you like a professional, not a number Open to the right person being either on the books or contracting — we're flexible if you are What we're looking for Solid experience in installations, ideally in the window furnishings industry, with a high fit candidate having worked with Slidetrack and/or Plantation Shutters Someone who takes pride in a clean, precise finish - our customers notice the detail Comfortable working independently at customer homes as well as in a factory/workshop setting A current driver's licence and a reliable, professional manner on site Good communication - you'll be the face of the business at the point of install Why this role? This isn't a revolving door position. We're looking for someone who wants to become the person we rely on — with the stability and consistency that comes with that.
