About Us: Coulson Operations is a company that owns and manages a range of brands, including Kool Beanz Childcare Centres and a number of residential and commercial properties. We provide exceptional services and creating innovative spaces for our community. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance All-rounder to work across a number of sites on the Gold Coast 5 days a week. Our ideal applicant will be a problem solver who can follow through and think outside the box. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and problem solve Report significant maintenance issues to management in a timely manner Provide updates on scheduled work, delays, or safety concerns General repairs and maintenance as required e.g. hang new doors; patch sand and paint walls; tiling; hanging pictures, gap fill, replace broken locks and door handles etc Conduct routine inspections of premises play equipment for any damage/safe concerns and mend or replace as needed Clean gutters, ceiling fans and air con filters Blow down yards and pressure clean as required Timber decking, bench and screening maintenance Install appliances, play equipment and furniture as required Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Requirements: Strong work ethic and commitment to quality maintenance Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate with team members Willing to obtain a Blue Card Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and part as a team Own reliable transport for commuting around the Gold Coast What Sets Us Apart: Joining Coulson Operations means becoming an integral part of our family-owned company.
