Waterpoint Residences is seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the full operational, financial, and administrative performance of one of the Gold Coast’s most significant residential assets. Comprising 662 apartments across multiple Bodies Corporate, Waterpoint Residences is a large, complex, and high-performing Management Rights operation within the Tessa Group portfolio. This role sits at the centre of the asset’s daily function and long-term performance. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and Tessa Group Director, the Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the building operates efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high professional standard. This is not a purely administrative position — it is a hands-on leadership role requiring sound judgement, initiative, and strong commercial awareness. You will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows, financial management, stakeholder communication, contractor coordination, and compliance obligations, ensuring all aspects of the asset are managed with accuracy and accountability. The successful candidate will operate with a high level of autonomy while remaining collaborative within the on-site management team. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, Body Corporate representatives, contractors, and senior management, maintaining clear communication and strong professional relationships at all times. With significant exposure to financial processes, accounts payable, reporting, and data management, this role requires a detail-oriented and commercially competent professional who understands the importance of financial accuracy within a Management Rights structure.
