With multiple business units and a strong market presence, they are now seeking a commercially astute Business Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence and support the next phase of strategic growth.This is a senior, group-wide appointment with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence structure, systems, and long-term direction across the organisation.The OpportunityReporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of reviewing, redesigning and implementing improvements across all core business functions.
