Description The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am-5:15pm. While the role will be physically located in Wagga Wagga, the team members will be taking calls for our Canberra business. Role Overview: You will be primarily based as a Contact Centre Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: • Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. • Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics. • Billing knowledge – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
