The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Business Partner to join our manufacturing finance team, based on site at our Western Sydney facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting site leadership and operations by providing strong financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to drive performance and profitability. This is a true business partnering role, suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations, influencing outcomes and adding value beyond traditional reporting. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with site operations leadership to support performance, cost control and continuous improvement.Provide deep financial analysis across manufacturing operations, including costing standards, waste, labour, overheads and maintenance spend.Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling for the site.Deliver accurate month-end reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary.Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.Lead cost reviews, product costings and identification of financial risks and improvement opportunities.Support operational decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis. About You You are a proactive finance professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working closely with operational leaders. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or operational environments.Background in management accounting, operations finance or commercial finance.Demonstrated capability across budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and cost management.Experience identifying and delivering financial improvement opportunities.Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (CPA/CA desirable).
