From this pool we will also be selecting business development superstars to join the team as Account Coordinators. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm 30-minute lunch break Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound phone calls and email enquiries Providing over-the-counter customer service Supporting account customers with orders and enquiries Working closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes About You Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude Confident using computer systems and able to multitask Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Able to work well both independently and as part of a team Basic Microsoft Excel skills (advantageous) A genuine passion for customer service This is an opportunity to be a part of exciting growth and expansion, cutting edge technology and tasks that promote personal and professional development.
