About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers-and an important contributor to the overall success of the Sales Office team. You'll qualify and respond to incoming sales leads, provide accurate information, support internal teams, and help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer care. This is a permanent role based onsite in Canning Vale - Monday - Friday - 9-5pm (some flexibility) $65,000 Superannuation Commissions (based on State performance) What You'll Be Doing Transactional after-sales support Handling customer enquiries via phone and email (steady pace) Working across a large and varied product range Using Pronto ERP (experience desirable) Participate actively in company meetings and team initiatives.
