Armadale WA Area Full-Time | Ongoing Opportunity Must have working rights and live close to Armadale WA International applicants will NOT be considered About the Role Our client, a well-established local government organisation based in the Armadale area, is seeking a reliable and motivated Civil Maintenance Worker to join their infrastructure and maintenance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining community assets and ensuring safe and functional public spaces for residents. Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance and repairs to roads, potholes, footpaths, and kerbing Assist with traffic control and implement traffic management plans during works Operate and maintain civil construction and maintenance equipment Install and maintain signage, barriers, and safety controls Perform general labouring duties associated with civil maintenance Conduct routine inspections of council infrastructure Follow workplace health and safety procedures and council standards About You Previous experience in civil maintenance, roadworks, or construction Traffic Management / T raffic Controller accreditation (desirable or willingness to obtain) White Card ( Construction Induction) Valid driver’s licence ( HR licence highly regarded) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Good communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer $40 – 46ph dependant on experience Supportive and team-oriented environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Potential for long-term placement How to Apply If you are a hardworking individual looking to contribute to the maintenance and safety of community infrastructure, we encourage you to APPLY via SEEK.
