If safety, teamwork, and top-tier machinery excite you— this is your next move. THE ROLE Operate CAT & KOMATSU Mobile Plant with confidence and precision across dynamic environments. You’ll be trusted with: Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump Trucks Additional mobile plant as required WHAT YOU’LL DO Operate heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and minor maintenance Load, haul, and move materials like a pro Champion safety and help build a strong, positive team culture Work to industry standards with pride and accountability WHAT YOU BRING Valid Driver’s License (HR preferred) National Police Clearance High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable) Proven experience in mining, civil, or crushing environments Sharp problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset WHAT YOU GET FULL-TIME, PERMANENT role (Annual & Personal Leave) $5/hr site bonus paid fortnightly Super on ALL hours worked Salary Sacrifice & Novated Leases 12% NIB Health Insurance Discount $6,000 Employee Referral Bonus – bring your crew!
