About the role Do you love cooking and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Cook / Crew Member who enjoys preparing delicious meals for large groups and contributing to an exceptional passenger experience on the Great Barrier Reef. While dive qualifications (Divemaster/Dive Instructor) are a bonus, they are not required for this role. A passions for people, teamwork and great food is what matters most. What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and dishes for large groups of passengers Maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations Keeping the galley/kitchen area clean, organised, and well-stocked Assisting the wider crew team as needed to support smooth daily vessel operations What we're looking for Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Full Australian working rights Fluent in English (Preferred by not essential) An interest in diving or marine tourism Why Join Us?
