Maintain marine equipment and operate marine vehicles to transport guests, team members, and tours Ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of the delivery of guest service related to the activities function Meet and greet incoming and outgoing guests, conduct tours, spearhead activities, and oversee property transfers Support the implementation of plans and strategies to improve speed of service and operational efficiencies Create a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures More About You Certificate of Competency - Full Grade 1 Coxswain or higher required Other required certificates include manual driver’s license, Long Range Operator certificate of proficiency, Responsible Service of Alcohol, AS 2299 diving medical certificate, Provide Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Therapy certificate Knowledge of marine environment, dive industry, and resort flora, fauna, bird, and animal life Fishing guide experience and PADI instructor certification preferred Valid Padi Diving insurance and PADI membership Physical Requirements This is a physical role and will support all operations of our activities team The application period will close on 16/03/2026, unless qualified candidates are identified sooner.
