The successful candidate will support students, members, and customers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance across phone, email, and administrative channels. A strong understanding of the aquatic sector will enable the officer to provide informed guidance and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Student Support Serve as the primary point of contact on the main phone line. Respond to student and member enquiries promptly and professionally. Manage the student enquiries email inbox, ensuring all messages are addressed in a timely manner. Provide guidance on training pathways and course requirements. Program and Administrative Support Administer Swim It Forward applications, including communication, processing and recordkeeping. Oversee SWIM Shop purchases, dispatch, and customer queries. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain accurate records and support general office tasks as required. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in the aquatic industry (swim teaching, coaching, swim school operations, or related fields). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail. Competent computer skills, including email management, basic data entry and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite of apps. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team. Desirable Experience using a CRM and/or learning management systems. Familiarity with member-based organisations or training/education environments. Key Attributes Warm, professional manner with a genuine desire to help others. Proactive approach to solving problems and supporting student success. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistency under pressure.
