Your Best Life Disability & Health Services is seeking an organised and detail-focused Roster Administrator to support our workforce scheduling and service delivery operations. Paid under the SCHADS award at Level 2 (level negotiable based on experience. About You Strong administrative and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with rostering or workforce coordination (disability sector experience desirable) Confidence working with business systems and payroll data Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and professional manner Knowledge of NDIS requirements and the SCHADS Award is highly regarded Based on the Sunshine Coast Key Responsibilities Match DSWs to participants based on skills, availability and Employment Agreements Adjust rosters in response to absences, cancellations and NDIA plan changes Support accurate preparation and verification of rostered and worked hours for payroll and invoicing Assist with onboarding new DSWs, including system setup and compliance monitoring Monitor mandatory training and certifications and escalate non-compliance Proactively raise operational issues with the Roster Coordinator or YBLIL Manager Why Join Us?
