About the role Join Hexis Aust' as a Warehouse Assistant in our Yatala, Queensland location. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our busy distribution centre. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and organising incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring our products are well-maintained and easily accessible. Working hours for this role are standard business hours. What you'll be doing Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming deliveries Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and on time Carry out stock counts and maintain detailed inventory records Assist with warehouse organisation and cleanliness Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders What we're looking for 1-2 years' experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physical warehouse tasks Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment an advantage LF forklift licence is required Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach Australian work rights are essential What we offer At Hexis Aust', we value our employees and offer a supportive work environment.
