The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Storeman to join our Queensland team in Ormeau. Reporting to the State Account Manager this is a full time role in our warehouse playing a vital role in the success of our Queensland operation. In this role you will act as the link between our orders and our customers, ensuring that our product and delivery service exceed their expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ongoing success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Day to Day Warehouse Operations: Picking and Preparing customer orders for pick up or delivery. Picking and dispatching transfers to our interstate branches. Utilising our freight providers to book the most cost-effective delivery solution. Assembling and repairing products where required. Assisting with the unload, checking and receipt of deliveries. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and supplier partners. Ensuring you maintain a safe and harmonious working environment. Looking for ways to improve our day-to-day processes and procedures. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bulky goods warehouse environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience operating forklifts with a current forklift license. Experience in assembling and repairing products and using power tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members and customers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Current first aid training is preferred. Why Join Team Systems?
