About the Roles: Finishing & Dispatch In this role you will be responsible for the assembly, finishing, wrapping and dispatch of our products, ensuring every item meets our quality standards and is prepared safely and securely for transport. Your day will include: Assembling coffin components (lining, trimming, attaching handles and finishing) Applying wrapping / Expressions artwork to a high standard Inspecting products for quality and defects Preparing, packing and labelling orders for dispatch Loading and unloading products onto trucks carefully to prevent damage Verifying picking slips and delivery dockets Carcase Assembly This role focuses on building the structural components of our coffins. Your day will include: Assemble coffin carcases using air and power tools Work with timber and hardware components Follow precise measurements and build specifications Operating tools, machinery and equipment safely Inspect builds to ensure strength and quality standards are met A background in manufacturing, cabinet making, carpentry, construction, or simply enjoying hands-on work with wood and tools will be highly regarded. What We’re Looking For: We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds as full training is provided, including people who have worked in: Pick & pack / warehousing Dispatch or logistics Manufacturing or production Retail stock handling or similar hands-on roles Cabinet making / carpentry / construction Key attributes: Strong attention to detail Pride in quality and presentation Reliable, punctual and hardworking Comfortable with light-to-moderate manual handling Able to follow processes and safety procedures Willing to learn and be trained Forklift experience is highly regarded but not essential.
