The role: You’ll own the candidate side of real estate recruitment. That means: Sourcing strong candidates Interviewing properly Qualifying hard Managing offers Closing placements Looking after people after they start You’ll work fast. You’ll talk a lot. You’ll juggle multiple roles at once. And you’ll be expected to deliver. What you’ll actually do: Source candidates via Seek, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry outreach Interview and assess experience, motivation, and fit Qualify candidates properly before submission Conduct detailed reference checks Write clear, compelling candidate profiles Coordinate interviews and feedback without delays Manage offers, counteroffers, and objections Stay close to candidates post-placement to support retention This is a results role .
