The Leea Hotel Darwin, formerly Travelodge Darwin, is embarking on an exciting transformation under the Prendiville Group, a proudly West Australian, family-owned company renowned for its exceptional hospitality venues. With 136 hotel rooms, 32 townhouses, and expansive function spaces, we are set to redefine dining experiences and establish The Leea Hotel as one of Darwin's prominent destinations. We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie . Reporting directly to the hotels Executive Chef, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotel kitchen that services the restaurants, bars and the many functions and events hosted. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality dishes in a consistent and timely manner within your designated section. Manage and oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Assist in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS) standards. Whilst maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment. Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Contribute to menu development and kitchen innovation under the guidance of senior chefs. Liaising with front of house and management regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
