Support the day-to-day culinary operation ensuring consistency with high quality and presentation standards Demonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standards Collaborate with the Head Chef in establishing, executing, and evaluating food service standards Address issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staff More About You Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment Appropriate culinary qualifications Experience with stock control Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and venue/event experience Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong team player with the capacity to work independently Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records Excellent communication skills at all levels Remuneration: $70,000 - $80,000 superannuation The application period will close on 21/02/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
