About the role Kneading Ruby, based in Wollongong CBD, is seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling kitchen.
