What You’ll Do Field Coordination & Contractor Leadership Be the go‑to leader for all field activities — coordinating people, contractors, and daily operational demands Drive performance through clear communication, accountability, and high standards Lead pre‑starts, toolbox talks, and maintain meticulous field documentation Champion compliance with company policies, mining regulations, and QAQC procedures Own the logistics: pad preparation, permitting, procurement (including Coupa), and everything needed to keep the field crew moving smoothly Sample Management & Geoscience Support Support exploration geologists with core yard priorities and near‑mine/regional project needs Oversee sample management — RC chip processing, QAQC, dispatching, and accurate tracking Ensure every sample gets where it needs to go, on time, every time Bring your field smarts to the team by assisting with data, interpretation needs, and geoscientific problem‑solving Lead With Safety Be a visible safety champion who sets the tone for a strong safety‑first culture Ensure all safe systems of work are understood, implemented, and continuously improved Identify gaps on the ground and take proactive action to close them Verify all personnel have the right training, skills, and mindset for the job What You’ll Bring Valid C Class driver’s licence Schedule 26 Certification BSBWHS411 / RIIRIS402E HRW forklift licence Current First Aid Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening National Police Clearance two recent references Full Australian working rights
