Your Role Will Include: Community access and engagement Personal care support Assistance with daily living activities Transport to appointments and programmes Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals Accurate and timely progress note documentation Following individualised support plans and risk assessments What We're Looking For: ✔️ Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) ✔️ Current Blue Card ✔️ First Aid & CPR ✔️ Valid Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle ✔️ Good communication skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔️ Strong understanding of professional boundaries Candidates should have 6 to 12 months of experience in disability or aged care support, with preference given to those experienced in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities.
