Your new role Design environment strategy across Development, Test, UAT, and ProductionSet solution structure, managed layers, and component ownershipBuild automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOpsCreate branching and source control processes that support parallel workImprove release management across BAU and project teamsReduce solution conflicts and regression issuesSet standards for naming, versioning, and deployment controlsProvide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams What you'll need to succeed Strong experience designing enterprise-level ALM strategies for D365 and Power Platform.History of supporting multiple concurrent delivery streams without production disruption.Deep experience with automated ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and controlled deployments across environment tiers.Ability to embed governance models that support delivery velocity while maintaining platform integrity.Experience guiding teams and transferring knowledge.Understanding of secure pipeline design, identity integration, and enterprise-grade platform operation.
