About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Enterprise Architect to design and evolve enterprise business capabilities in alignment with organisational strategy. This is a senior strategic role responsible for shaping business architecture direction, aligning ICT enterprise frameworks, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively with senior business leaders, program managers, and ICT teams to ensure architecture solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards and long-term strategic objectives. This role operates across organisational, process, data and technology domains and plays a key part in strengthening architecture governance and capability development. Key Responsibilities Envision, communicate and evolve enterprise business architecture strategy Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, blueprints and roadmaps Align business architecture with ICT infrastructure and enterprise patterns Collaborate with executives, program and project teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions Ensure architectures conform to enterprise principles, standards and governance frameworks Design and document business capabilities, processes, data flows and supporting technologies Assess and mitigate risks associated with architecture and technology change Establish and support architecture governance practices Analyse complex business challenges and develop strategic intent outcome maps Contribute to major enterprise capability design initiatives Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future direction Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge transfer across architecture domains You will demonstrate: Proven experience in enterprise or business architecture within complex environments Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or equivalent) Experience aligning business strategy with ICT and infrastructure architecture Ability to develop capability maps, roadmaps and strategic blueprints Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience establishing or working within architecture governance frameworks Excellent analytical and documentation skills Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Janice at mtpservices.com.au
