Profectus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support upcoming engagements within the Australian Government. We are looking for a highly capable ServiceNow specialist with deep end-to-end platform architecture experience, strong governance capability, and proven integration expertise within complex, secure environments. Location: Canberra (on-site / Canberra-based) Security Clearance: Active AGSVA NV2 mandatory About the Opportunity As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping, designing and governing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-scale environments. You will engage with stakeholders, design scalable and secure platform architectures, and ensure the integrity and sustainability of ServiceNow capabilities aligned to best practice. Duties to include: Leading end-to-end ServiceNow architectural design across enterprise environments Defining and enforcing platform governance standards, design patterns, data models and security controls Designing scalable, maintainable solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and SecOps Overseeing complex integrations with external systems including APIs, REST/SOAP services, MID Servers and third-party platforms Producing high-quality architectural artefacts including solution designs, interface specifications and roadmaps Providing authoritative technical advice to Government stakeholders and delivery teams Ensuring upgrade readiness, minimising technical debt and maintaining platform health Supporting compliance, audit and accreditation requirements within secure environments We are keen to hear from professionals who: Have significant experience as a dedicated ServiceNow Architect, not a generalist Solution Architect Demonstrate deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem design Have delivered enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations within complex or regulated environments Bring strong experience in integration strategy, governance and platform standardisation Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS or CTA Hold an active AGSVA NV2 security clearance Are comfortable working on-site in Canberra Why Profectus Profectus partners with Australian Government agencies to deliver trusted ICT capability across secure environments.
