This is a perfect role for a person who likes to work autonomously. This person is invested in detail. What we're looking for: someone who can: 1. Ability to fulfil the physical requirements of the position including bending, lifting and repetitive movement. 2. Communicate respectfully 3. Vacuum, clear all rubbish, wash windows, fill oil 4. Communicate maintenance needs; new tires, wiper replacements, globe replacement. 5. On occasion move vehicles to various locations. 6. Assist in dropping vehicles off for servicing 7.
