As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Officer to strengthen our brand, partnerships and community presence. The Role This is a hands-on marketing role suited to someone with 4–6 years’ experience who enjoys coordinating campaigns, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality communications across multiple channels. You will act as a key marketing liaison for the schools and programs we serve, providing a high level of customer service, collaboration, and relationship management. Working closely with school leadership teams, you will translate priorities into clear campaign plans, coordinated activity, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing and Enrolments teams, you will coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR and brand, providing guidance and quality oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities · Partner with school leadership to plan and coordinate marketing activity aligned to enrolment and engagement priorities · Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and media channels · Develop clear briefs and coordinate internal contributors and external suppliers to ensure timely, on-brand execution · Support PR initiatives through the development of media materials and key messaging · Monitor and optimise digital performance, including website updates, reporting and paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) · Review and guide social and content plans to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards · Coordinate internal and external newsletters and stakeholder communications · Maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing and communications activity About You 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, communications or digital Strong campaign coordination and project management skills Excellent writing and content development capability Experience with digital platforms, paid social/search and analytics Confident building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders Highly organised, collaborative, and service-oriented Passionate about purpose-driven work supporting young people Experience working within the education sector, particularly within a Special Assistance School environment, is highly desirable Why Join Ohana for Youth?
