Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Adelaide area. The Manufacturing Manager will take leadership of manufacturing operations, overseeing production planning, quality control, and day-to-day factory management. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing operational processes, and leading a team to ensure productivity and efficiency. The Manufacturing Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and deliver high-quality gluten-free products. Qualifications Strong expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Production ManagementProficiency in Quality Control processes and implementing quality assurance strategiesExperience in Operations Management, including optimizing processes and driving efficiencyDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a manufacturing settingStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of manufacturing regulations and compliance requirementsExperience in managing a gluten-free or food production facility is a plus
