Bookings Coordinator / Scheduler AAT Group Melrose Park | Office-Based | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AAT Group is a growing insurance building and repairs company seeking an experienced and organised Bookings Coordinator / Scheduler to join our professional office team in Melrose Park. This is a full-time, office-based administration and scheduling role working closely with Estimators, insured clients and specialist trades. If you have strong appointment scheduling, diary management and customer service experience, this is an excellent long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Appointment scheduling and diary management for Estimators Coordinating bookings with insured clients Organising and scheduling specialist trades for inspections and reporting Managing changes, rescheduling and urgent appointments Providing high-level customer service via phone and email Maintaining accurate booking systems and administrative records Supporting the broader operations and administration team This is a fast-paced office administration and coordination role requiring strong organisation and attention to detail.
