The role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Post Placement Support and Claims Consultant. In this role, you will manage a caseload of Participants who have recently commenced employment or education, providing ongoing support to help them remain engaged and successful. You will work closely with employers and education providers to verify employment outcomes, gather documentary evidence and process outcome claims in line with government requirements. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a structured, outcome-focused environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with Participants and employers, while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards, will be essential to success. Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Participants who have commenced employment or education Provide ongoing Post Placement Support to help Participants sustain their outcomes Liaise with employers and education providers to verify employment hours, wages and engagement Collect and prepare documentation required to support outcome claims Process outcome claims in Workforce Australia in line with contractual requirements Monitor and follow up outstanding claims and documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program guidelines and organisational procedures About you: To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in Employment Services or a similar industry supporting people in work or education Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and documentation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and database systems Why join our Organisation: We value our people and offer a range of benefits designed to support personal and professional growth, recognise your achievements, and make the work we undertake meaningful.
