About the role Jabiru Construction is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of new construction projects based in the South Perth area, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, working alongside full time site supervisors Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, engineers and subcontractors Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies Provide regular progress reports to developers and manage client expectations Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software, including Pro-Core & MS Projects Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional collaborations Familiarity with construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management software Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field What we offer At Jabiru Construction, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
