We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine. The role Reporting to the ICT Operations Coordinator, we are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Team Leader who can bring their skills and experience to: Work with and manage various SMEs to design, implement, manage, and evolve the infrastructure that supports Brimbank's ICT systems. Provides advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly. Creates and maintains network plans for own area of responsibility, contributes to setting service level agreements, and plans the infrastructure necessary to provide the network services to meet such agreements. To be considered you will have: At least 5 years’ experience as an infrastructure or solution engineer, architect, team leader, manager or suitable equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in designing, deploying and supporting complex and scalable IT Cloud Solutions. Proven track record of successfully designing and managing ICT infrastructure maximising availability, performance and adherence to SLAs. Successful ICT management, delivering superior and consistent value to the organisation. Proven ability to engage and negotiate with people, and develop and maintain effective relationships.
