About The Role The Community Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care to clients across the Maitland region. On any given day, you will be responding to referrals from GPs, hospitals, or self-referring patients, providing wound care management, conducting clinical assessments, and liaising with clients, carers, families, and other healthcare providers. You will identify clients’ needs, coordinate additional referrals when required, and ensure safe, evidence-based care is delivered in the community setting. You won’t be working alone. You will be supported by the Nurse Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, as well as the on-site administrative team. Structured orientation will be provided, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and team support are actively encouraged.
