As an IT Project Officer (EL 1), you will undertake a range of activities to drive the successful delivery of products and services. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will develop strategies and plans to achieve project outcomes, taking into consideration the broader environmental context to support your decisions. Applying IT project management methodologies, you will lead staff and ensure the execution of project plans, always looking ahead to position the project for success. You’ll act as a professional representative for projects or programs in internal and external forums. You may oversee or undertake reporting, research, analysis, risk management, and monitoring activities. Using your well-developed relationship management skills, you will collaborate across your networks to seek solutions and deliver complex, high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll work in a dynamic environment and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
