Purpose of the Role We are seeking a Vendor Performance & Capacity Administrator (VPCA) for a newly created role within a major government housing portfolio. This unique position plays a central part in ensuring that vendor work allocation is fair, transparent and aligned to three core principles: price, performance and capacity. Reporting to the Subcontract Manager, you will administer and maintain vendor performance programs, generate detailed reports, coordinate performance meetings and support continuous improvement across the contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both data and people — combining analysis, communication and process coordination to support long-term contract success. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Capacity & Allocation Report Monitor vendor performance data using BGIS systems and compliance registers Prepare structured performance reports and coordinate internal and external review meetings Build positive, professional relationships with participating vendors Support fair and consistent work allocation based on price, performance and capacity Monitor vendor availability within the system and manage suspensions or reactivations where required Work collaboratively with Help Desk and Compliance teams to ensure evidence-based performance feedback Identify opportunities for process and system improvements Essential Education, Experience & Skills Experience in administration, contract coordination or facilities management (facilities experience advantageous) Experience working with reporting systems, documentation and business processes Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) Ability to interpret data and present clear, structured reports Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable building relationships and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders Well-organised, self-motivated and able to manage priorities independently Desirable Experience within facilities management or government portfolios Exposure to compliance reporting or vendor management systems Business or administration qualifications Workplace Flexibility This position is based in the Sydney CBD office, conveniently located close to public transport.
