Job Description You will: Support operational management of multiple sites Act as a key client and stakeholder contact Coordinate hard and soft FM services Support KPIs, SLAs and service standards Assist with budgeting, cost control and reporting Support compliance, risk and contractor performance Facilities Operations Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance Manage contractors and vendors Support incident and emergency response Maintain asset registers and site records Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs Stakeholder Support Build strong client and tenant relationships Support reporting and review meetings Identify service improvement opportunities Financial & Compliance Support budget planning and spend tracking Ensure WHS and regulatory compliance Assist with audits and documentation Team Support Support Facilities Coordinators and site teams Promote a collaborative and safety‑first culture About You 2-5 years’ Facilities Management experience Knowledge of hard and soft FM services Experience managing contractors Strong organization and communication skills Practical financial and compliance awareness Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
