With a young, energetic team and big weekends, we're looking for a hands-on Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves leading from the front. The Role This is a leadership role for someone who sets the tone on the floor. You will: Lead, mentor and energise a young team Deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage daily operations across bar and restaurant Control wages, rostering and venue costs Drive revenue through promotions and initiatives Ensure compliance and operational excellence You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in growing the venue. About You Minimum 2 years' hospitality management experience Confident leading high-volume service Strong with rostering and cost control Commercially minded and results-driven Passionate about culture, team development and customer experience Approved Manager certification Must have Australian work rights with unrestricted working eligibility This could suit a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up.
