Key Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating jobs for technicians. Answering incoming phone calls and emails. General office administration and data entry. Maintaining a clean and tidy office area. Assisting with warehouse administration tasks. Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as required. About You Computer literate (emails, basic software, job systems) ServiceM8 ( Training will be provided if you have not used this platform before) Well organised and able to multitask. Confident phone manner and good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Holds a current driver’s licence. Comfortable working in a warehouse/office environment.
