Kildare College Kildare College is a Kildare Ministries Catholic Girls’ College in the Brigidine tradition, educating girls from Years 7 to 12. Role Details As we enter this next chapter, and with the upcoming retirement of the current Business Manager, we are seeking an experienced, strategic and highly engaged senior leader to join the Leadership Team in 2026. The Business Manager provides senior leadership, stewardship and strategic oversight across the College’s finance, risk, compliance, property and facilities, ICT and operational services. This role is essential to ensuring strong governance, long‑term sustainability and the effective use of resources aligned with the mission and values of Kildare Ministries. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands‑on, acting as a visible, accessible and engaged presence in the daily life of the College. Working closely with the Principal, the Leadership Team, Kildare Education Ministries and the Finance Committee, the Business Manager supports high‑quality learning environments, operational excellence and a safe, well‑maintained campus. Key Areas of Responsibility Strategic and operational leadership across finance, budgeting, reporting and long‑term financial planning. Governance, risk and compliance leadership, including WHS, insurance, audit processes and statutory obligations. Oversight of property, facilities, grounds, maintenance planning, contracts/tenders and asset management. ICT oversight including digital infrastructure, lifecycle management, systems planning and BYOD processes.
