About Us At Clover Care , we provide high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community programs for Australians with disability. We are seeking a motivated SIL and Community Program Lead to oversee high-care participants, coordinate group activities, and lead our frontline staff to ensure safe, compliant, and exceptional service delivery. The Role As SIL and Community Program Lead, you will: Oversee day-to-day SIL operations and high-care client support Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and WHS obligations Lead staffing, rostering, and workforce management Review progress notes and liaise with families, guardians, and support coordinators Implement Care plans and House information Support and coordinate group activities and community programs Organise staff training and professional development Manage PPE and continence aid procurement Perform general administration and contribute to operational planning What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in disability services, including SIL or high-care support Leadership or coordination experience Strong understanding of NDIS compliance , WHS, and behaviour support principles Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of care Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR Desirable: Diploma or higher in Community Services, Disability, or Leadership Experience working with behaviours of concern and complex needs Why Join Us Make a real difference in the lives of high-care clients Lead a dedicated, supportive team Professional development and training opportunities Be part of a person-centred, inclusive organisation Access to our Employee Assistance Program How to Apply If you are passionate about leadership, client care, and operational excellence in disability services, we want to hear from you!
