This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting our staff and clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the SIL and community rosters. Manage and mentor the rostering/admin team. Actively engage with Participants and respond to changes in service needs and communicate changes with support workers. Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award and Fair Work requirements. Balance participant support needs with workforce sustainability. Oversee on-call systems and escalation processes. Coordinate diaries and manage scheduling commitments.
